The first Saturday in June, rain or shine. Items donated from 5-10 families ranging from antiques to swimming pool supplies to tools (landscaping, auto, etc.)
The September Project

Rally for a Reason
Motorcycle and Automobile rally in western Iowa promoting tourism in the area. The rally will be held the first Saturday of October 2008 (raindate 2nd Saturday). Proceeds to benefit the Harrison County Food Pantry and the Museum. Event concludes with concert featuring

Reason for the Season
The Nun's on the Run from Danbury, IA will begin our celebration on November 9, 2008. The Nun's ask for a free will offering at the door and in turn donate those monies collected to their favorite charities. Reason for the Season will run Nov. 9 through Dec. 30 and will feature:
a) Over 400 Nativity Scenes from all over the world.
b) Over 75 Santa Claus' and St. Nicholas'
c) Christmas Tree Decorating Contest (we had 30 fully decorated trees in '07)- call for details and to sign up now to sponsor your tree as there is a limited number available.
